(Terms of Service)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tality, provided by Bent's Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), Company Number 09003872, registered in England and Wales.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
Age Requirement
You must be 16 years or older to use Tality.
Location
Initially UK-based users only. International expansion planned.
Venue owners create accounts with email, name, and address. You are responsible for:
- Account security - Keep your login credentials confidential
- Accuracy of information - Ensure all provided details are correct and up-to-date
- Staff delegation - If you delegate access to staff, you must ensure they comply with these Terms

Tality provides comprehensive tools for hospitality venue management, including:

Access trackingAccess Tiers:
- Free access for basic features
- Premium subscription for advanced features (see pricing page)
We may update features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium access is provided on a subscription basis with the following terms:
- Monthly plans - Billed every month
- Annual plans - Billed yearly with discounts
- Prices exclude VAT (added at checkout)
Recurring billing via our payment processor (Stripe).
All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
14-day right to cancel from signup date (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
If you use premium features during this period, we may charge on a pro-rata basis for services consumed.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will send renewal reminders 14-30 days before renewal (per 2025 subscription rules).
You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- Easy cancellation process - no need to contact support
We may adjust prices with 30 days' advance notice. You will have the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to the new pricing.
4. User Obligations
By using Tality, you agree to:

- Provide accurate information
- Ensure staff data is properly consented to (venue owners)
- Comply with employment laws
- Report issues promptly
Don't
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Resell or sublicense access
- Violate any applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
We own all rights in Tality, including software, design, content, and trademarks.
Your data license: By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your business data.

By using Tality, you agree that we may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.

We exclude liability for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Loss of profits or revenue
Maximum liability: Total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
We May Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of the Service.
You May Cancel
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
On termination: Access to the Service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will notify you via email or in-app notification
- The updated Terms will be posted on this page
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
